Planning for Van's birthday.

Are there any ideas on where to hold Van's birthday which is coming up this friday(6 April)? Give some suggestions on where to celebrate and include timing as well.

For me I hope it will be in the afternoon if possible, having something on from 11am - 1pm. I am suggesting sentosa since we haven't been there for quite a while and should be our 1st time celebrating at sentosa around 3pm onwards?
